Welcome to The L.A.M.E. Grocer. By browsing or purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms.

1. The shop. The L.A.M.E. Grocer ("I," "me," or "we") sells 3D-printed miniature items and related goods, operated from Arizona, United States.

2. Products. My items are 3D printed, so small variations in color, finish, and detail are normal and part of their character — they are not defects. The images shown in my listings are stylized illustrations that represent each item — they are artistic renderings, not photographs. Your actual mini is 3D printed and has its own handmade character, so it may differ from the illustration in exact shape, color, and detail.

3. Orders & pricing. All prices are in US dollars (USD). I reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities. If I cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other providers offered at checkout. I don't collect or store your full card details.

5. Shipping & returns. Fulfillment and returns are governed by my Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property. All shop content — including designs, product illustrations, text, and the L.A.M.E. Grocer name and branding — belongs to me and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission. Items are sold for personal use; commercial resale or reproduction of the designs is not permitted.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose or to infringe my rights or those of others.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The L.A.M.E. Grocer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Items are small and contain a magnet — please handle and store responsibly.

9. Changes. I may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
