Refund policy

I want you to love your tiny things. Because each mini is made to order, please read this before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no need to send anything back unless I ask.

Change-of-mind returns. Because every piece is printed to order, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect is always covered (see above).

Cancellations. Need to cancel? Email me within 24 hours of ordering and, as long as your item hasn't shipped, I'll cancel and refund in full.

How refunds work. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
